In the process of our first project to take place in Finland, we are pleased to announce that the first turbine is now in place.
The first of 9 Nordex turbines was erected in Ratipera Wind Farm and stands as the highest that Windhoist have ever constructed. With a total hub height of 147m and blade length of 65.5m the WTG is 3MW output.
The cranes used for this particular challenging project are as follows:
Main Install Crane – LG1750 SX Boom
Principal Assist Crane – LTM1160
Secondary Assist crane – LTR1100
